  • Coached group workouts every Wednesday evening and Sunday morning with support for the long runs

      • NEW YORK, NY - 11/02/08 - ING NEW YORK CITY MARATHON
      • Other races in the proximity of the above date can be accomodated as well such as the Outer Banks Marathon on 11/09 and the Richmond Marathon on 11/15
